We develop our multi-family projects in conjunction with our Corporate Partner Employee Housing Program™ (CPEHP™). CPEHP™ works with regional and national corporations to provide HR benefits and employee wellness by offering their employees rent benefits for Class A housing in close proximity to their work locations.

The CPEHP™ program converts the benefits from an expense into an income asset for the company while raising the standard quality of life for their employees. The typical size for our real estate developments are from 125 to 250 units.
